Our roast chicken is marinated for a minimum of 24 hours, before being basted in our house made sauces, then roasted at high heat to order, for crispy skin and juicy, flavourful chicken.
Half chicken, marinated in chilli, lemongrass, garlic, lime & fish sauce. Basted in Nam Jim Jaew butter. Served with Thai dipping sauce.
